ABOUT ME
Wendy Thomas is a British actress, screenwriter and producer in Film, Television and Theatre, recognised for her compelling performances and unique storytelling. Classically trained in Acting in London, she graduated from the prestigious University of Westminster in Film and Television. Wendy co-starred as Gemma in the feature film 'The Ninth Cloud' with Michael Madsen and Jean-Hugues Anglade, an Indie festival favourite which she also produced.
Wendy began her career on stage, performing leading roles in contemporary and modern classics in London and Berlin , including , Marjorie in Extremities, Leila in Rope at Riverside Studios and Estelle in No Exit at the Cambridge Theatre. She transitioned into television and film and fell in love with Independent movies. Wendy further demonstrated her versatility in the feature film 'Hitman' as Consuela and Detective O'Hara in 'Trouble On Earth'. As an actress she has worked on multiple independent films and theatre productions. She recently played the role of Teresa in Jane Spencer's award winning feature film 'South of Hope Street' with Billie Baldwin and Michael Madsen.
Wendy has written an evocative new screenplay titled 'The Universe Skips A Beat' which she is producing with her production company 'Obsessive Compulsive Films'. Wendy has created a TV series 'Obsessive Compulsive Love Disorder' in development along with a TV series 'Art Darlings' and 'Wondaland' a feature film. The projects are part of a slate of projects Wendy has at her production company.
In 2026 she will also be appearing in the upcoming Comedy 'Nevermore' by Jane Spencer and 'The Velvet Gentleman' as Suzanne DuChamp, a Biopic about the great composer Eric Satie.
Wendy is a member of Equity, Spotlight and has a Producers Guild of America (pga) certificate.
